General

• I reserve the right to decline any work I feel I cannot complete to the best of my ability.
• I retain the copyright to my artwork (unless a purchase of rights is made)
• I reserve the right to publish, record and document the artwork and process to promote on social media (incl Patreon and Subscribestar), as well as for commercial ventures like prints or art books unless discussed beforehand.

Purchase Rules

• purchase through Kofi or Stripe Payment
• Payment Plans for items worth more than $100
• Transfer of unwatermarked, full-size artwork once payment is made in full.
• I retain copyright of the initial artwork and design, for potential use in artbooks, portfolios or speedpaints (only the initial artwork, and other artwork created by me will be used).

Commission Rules

• Full payment before work starts.
• Simple or patterned background inclusive
• Extras (detailed bg, wings, weapons, complex costumes) cost more.
• If there is something wrong with a piece, please say, its much harder to alter somehing nearly finished.
• If there is a mistake, please tell me and I'll correct it free of charge.

Adoptable Rules

• Once purchased, you also retain partial ownership the design only. You can use it for anything, stories, comics, including for financial purposes.
• commercial-use licence inclusive (for the design, not the artwork)
• Holds can be requested for items over $100.
• You can make minor adjustments as you wish; eg, changes of gender, races, scars, etc.
• Attribution is not necessary, but highly appreciated.

Custom Commission Rules

• I require a short description of the character, it can be a written description, a moodboard, even a stick figure sketch with notes.
• You can make minor and major adjustments (so long as they are disclosed) as you wish; eg, changes of gender, races, scars, or mixing and matching designs is allowed.
• Attribution is not necessary, but appreciated.

Won't Draw

• Extreme Gore (some blood is okay)
• Sexually Explicit material
