Seventy years after "the great calamity" the Pokémon World has changed, maybe too much. Due to an unkwown factor, Pokémon just went wild and developed feral instincts that made Pokémon Training too dangerous to continue being the center of society, thus humans parted ways with Pokémon and continued on their own. One day, a group of young soon-to-be trainers receive a mysterious mail from the president of the far-away region of Spica, said to be the last place on earth, now called NovaTerra, who's society still revolves around Pokémon and their mysterious powers.
