My general t.o.s. (terms of service) for co owns.
* talk beforehand to me if you are trading a co own or reselling it
*you can name your half and give it whatever story you like
* sharing of art is fine I love to do that but friend art or relationship art might not be shared
*for a gift or raffle if a personal disagreement occurs I have the right to take ownership of the character back as long as no monetary value has been put in
* if you buy something from me and fail to pay the rest of it off I will be able to keep the part you paid. It's not fair to me to wait months with no response. Then have you back out or just ghost and give back the money also this is fairly common practise that people generally keep the money put down.
*IF you do not message me and if you haven't paid within a month on a payment plan i may revoke your right to buy what I'm selling to you. Will keep the money for the time wasted. Especially when all I need is a message it is quite unfair to not keep me updated. There is a max I will wait of 3 months which is quite generous.
So I am here today to say I like rainbow outfits and characters idc what others think of them. I love what I love and this won't stop me from that. Many people also love my ideas. Love what you love don't let others try and tell you differently. I love outrageous over the top stuff sometimes.

Lore: The spells they learn go into their book as they learn more the pages fill up. Super rare can use higher much stronger magic. While common can still use magic it's not at the Super rare level. they carry also a bag in which to put their items or potions. they can use magic to make their bags endless.
pendant types: air, water, fire, earth, spirit, mind, space, time, calamity more will be added
Traits:
Common: witch hat can have one pendant , basic summoning circle, wand or staff 1 gem, eye can sparkle, smaller book less detailed, small bag
Rare: 3 pendants on witch hat, wand or staff up to 3 gems, semi detailed summoning circle, eye can have a demonic symbol, medium book semi detailed, medium bag
Super rare: as many pendants as you like on your hat, can have a staff or wand up to 5 gems, intraquit summoning circle, eye can have summoning circle in it, large very detailed book, any size
They can have familiars. They do not have to have hats but if they don't a pendant(s) must still be shown on head. hats do not have to be witchy they can be regular or whatever kind of hat
im gonna be going through my characters adding WMs and stuff personalities. so dont mind if i am doing a lot of updates trying to also add images i have missing too so dont mind the massive ammounts of notifs if you are subscribed.

how did they come about?: well no one really knows for sure not even themselves but they came into being a long time ago their numbers have increased in size over time.
what they look like: pretty much there whole body including hair, eyes are crystal. Color depends on Rarity. They do have human forms that show crystals on forehead, under eyes and on chest.

Light energy -able to use light energy of different types so this can change on types

This for now will be semi open common will have no tickets everything else will. Also with making pne uou dont have to make all 3 forms unless you want to first form is enough to make or turn one in.
Kitals: are a hybrid between Kitsune and so called crystal beings. Crystal beings are able to use energy based powers only 2 as well, generate and control crystals as well as have enhanced longevity , elemental aura, enhanced durability, enhanced strength and can absorb other energy as well though it is not permanent unless like Kitals absorb a massive ammount of another type of energy. ( may add specific types of Kital and adding colors of each in a different post for elemental energy. )
Powers and Abilities:
*Energy Manipulation -can control different types of energy besides just light
*Light energy -able to use light energy of different types so this can change on types and is quite powerful depending on how old the Kital is. Can also depend on the crystal parent and what they inherit.
*(some kitals) can become rainbow kitals tho this is extremely rare and would mean they can control pretty much any light energy at all times unless they run out of energy
*crystal manipulation-can control different types of crystals depends on their parent
*Able to shift back and forth from 1st, 2nd and 3rd form.
*Claw retraction- able to have claws come out and retract them back in as well.
*Able to grow one tail each 100 years.
*can bestow blessings or curses
*Enhanced longevity perhaps even in time become immortal
*Elemental Aura (main ability from Kitsune can change) : Able to have elements sorround them. For a period of time. Though this is only for Fire, water, air and earth.
*They grow more powerful as they gain more tails so they start off being only able to use very limited amounts of energy and as they grow older can use more.
Weaknesses or Limitations:
*Using too much energy or elemental aura can drain them and make them very weak and more susceptible to attacks.
*Usually have some distinguishing feature that shows what their species is for example their tails, whiskers, ears, and for Kitals crystals at the end of their eyes.
*Getting drunk
*There are certain gems that are harder to control depending on their gem color
*runic symbols can weaken or even make them controlable
*Can be manipulated if not careful into being depressed and killing themselves.
*Elemental Aura May be constantly active, which causes more or less problems (as in damage around them to others or nature) depending of the element. Usually this happens when angered or nervous.
*Those who have anti energy based abilities can negate their energy.
*limited ammount of natural light energy available to use as they get older their natural reserve grows but its not limitless
First Form:
Think of Kitals as Kitsune with crystals on them. Kitals look human mostly like kitsune in their human form. On their forehead they have crystal(s )and around their eyes have crystals in the human fox form as well. They can also have a crystal(s) on their chest. They also have crystal(s) on each tail. Their nails also can turn into crystal. Crystals in all places can also vary in size and placement on the part of body as well as how many can be one in certain places or many. Their hair and eyes can be different from crystal color.
Second Form:
This form is where most if not all there body, ears and tails turn crystal. Color depends on energy
Strengths and weaknesses/limits in second form:
(Powers stay the same pretty much)
*speed drastically reduces
*skin durability depends on crystal color but is harder then normal skin
Third Form:
This is the most animalistic they turn into huge foxes there appearence is based upon their natural hair color for fur and their claws become crystal along with tails which depend on what type of kital they are. Their teeth become hard as well they have a sheen that reflects light tho they arent crystal.
Fur can perhaps be different from natural hair in this form but its a umcommon trait but definitely more common then a rainbow kital.
Rarity of kitals:
common :normal colors (red, green, yellow, etc.) + 1-2 tails
uncommon: uncommon colors (sea green, magenta, etc.) +3-4 tails
rare: multi colors (2-3 colors) +5-6 tails
Super rare: rainbow +7-8 tails
ultra rare: All tails are crystal in first form and any color +9 tails
