My general t.o.s. (terms of service) for co owns. 

* talk beforehand to me if you are trading a co own or reselling it 

*you can name your half and give it whatever story you like

* sharing of art is fine I love to do that but friend art or relationship art might not be shared

*for a gift or raffle if a personal disagreement occurs I have the right to take ownership of the character back as long as no monetary value has been put in

* if you buy something from me and fail to pay the rest of it off I will be able to keep the part you paid. It's not fair to me to wait months with no response. Then have you back out or just ghost and give back the money also this is fairly common practise that people generally keep the money put down. 

*IF you do not message me and if you haven't paid within a month on a payment plan i may revoke your right to buy what I'm selling to you. Will keep the money for the time wasted. Especially when all I need is a message it is quite unfair to not keep me updated. There is a max I will wait of 3 months which is quite generous.
