At the moment I mainly use procreate !!
For animations I draw a sketch on flipaclip, clean it up in procreate, and once ive finished the animation I save it as a transparent gif and export it to capcut for editing and backgrounds!!
Extra: Lots of my old art was drawn on flipanim, And sometimes I draw on Kidpix. Ibispaint, and Paint 87!! :DD,,
and I dunno im thinking of getting a few adobe packs for smoother animation and tweening??? I use a drawing tablet, and at the moment I dont really have the resources for adobe so I dunno,,, BUT YEAH sorry I rambled a little bit but I hope this helps! :DD
