My Species [REFS]

Species existing in any of my numerous 'universes'. These species will be listed as one of the following: Open [O], Semi-open [S], or Closed [C]. 

Open means 100% feel free to make your own. Semi-Open will have stipulations for making/getting one, and Closed means 100% you cannot make one without my permission. Please respect these rules!
