Deep within the ground is a large steampunk city, serving as the main hub of Nightfair's transportation and communication systems. They consider themselves a free city compared to most of the other fragments.

Instead of having a singular ruler like the other fragments have, Clockwork is ruled over by an association of companies named The Consortium. They hold a lot of power even outside of the fragment due to their importance.

The Horizon Rail Company is the largest rail and freight company in Nightfair, with trains running through every fragment for easy transportation.
