Miko likes her little visitor. It's nice to have another Pokemon to play with and the bells on Viola sound really soothing to her. One of the few things that makes Miko is sad is when Viola has to leave, she misses playing, the sound of the bells and feels heartbroken that something stops her from leaving the shrine, so she can't go visit Viola herself.
Viola finds Miko absolutely fun to play with and is always excited to visit her every day. She loves the sound of Miko's bell since it lets her know that she is around. Viola doesn't like leaving but looks forward to the next day of playing!
Umbra has trust in Nao and really loves spending time with them too! She feels lucky to have Nao as a close friend and feels happy that they listen to anything that she has to say and Umbra is more than happy to do the same back :3! Umbra has a lot of fun with Nao.. and really enjoys their company and is always excited to see them!
Nao puts a lot of trust in Umbra, they feel like they can tell her anything and feels comfortable around her, which allows Nao to just be... well, Nao, the little strange cat! (': Sometimes they ask Umbra for advice.
Alchemy's first friend since leaving on her adventure. She worries a lot about him after finding him and knowing he fears fighting and doesn't know much about himself. She enjoys his company, they both get along well and share a passion for the things they care about. She confident he would destined for greater things and hopefully over come his fears.
Orion's hero! He owes Alchemy his life and wants to help her out. In the process they have become close friends and he enjoys being around her, feeling safe and happy in her presence. Later into their adventure, he does begin to think about if he's a burden or if he's even worthy to be around her considering she's on a quest to find Digimon to share the fragment power with that helps Digimon Digivolve, when he doesn't seem to be able to Digivolve, unknown if this is out of fear or because he doesn't have a pure enough heart.
Rupert isn't overly familiar with John having over seen him when he comes over to visit but he doesn't dislike him, he's just nervous around him but he's the same with everyone else he doesn't know too well.
He hasn't seen much of Rupert, having only seen him when Matthew drags him over to Rupert's house or actually manages to drag Rupert of the house. But he thinks Rupert is sweet and probably good for Matthew, he'd approve of them being together should they actually get together.
Matthew considers John his voice of reason, if he has a problem he can talk to him - Although he is stubborn to do that at first and usually has to wait until John questions him about this and that. He gets along well with his cousin and usually has a blast when he goes over to visit him.
John does worry about Matthew a lot, he knows Matthew tends to let his emotions get the better of him and knows he'll lash out when he's angry or upset so he does his best to talk to him. When he isn't worrying about him, John loves spending time with his cousin when he comes over or when he goes to visit him. He usually is the guy in between Matthew and Sunny's little spats and tries to keep Matthew from swinging at Sunny and tries to tell Sunny to maybe not provoking him too much.
Matthew doesn't mind Oliver but can't do with his constant nagging, he doesn't understand what his problem is.
During college, Oliver tolerated Matthew, he didn't much enjoy being dragged into a social group (if you can call it that lol) and did eventually consider Matthew a friend but in these later times, he's become easily angered by Matthew even though he's usually a carefree guy. It's up for debate if he considers Matthew a friend or not.
Rupert considers Oliver a reliable friend, he is comfortable around him and can talk to him normally. He trusts Oliver a great deal and tends to tell him everything - e v e r y t h i n g. He spends a lot of his time a headset with Oliver as they play video games.
Oliver is really protective of Rupert, knowing he's upset or troubled really gets to him, even though he's usually a calm and carefree guy. Rupert is the reason he gets angry at Matthew because of how he is sometimes. He cares for Rupert a lot and whilst limited to what he can do to help, he tries his best for him and just wants him to be happy.
Rupert isn't too fond of Matthew's pushy, easily annoyed and angry side but still rather enjoys his company, even if he doesn't show it very often. Rupert doesn't like leaving the house but always feel safer going out when he has Matthew by his side. Rupert pretends to act as normal as possible around Matthew even though he harbours some feelings towards him, although he easily feels awkward around him.
He is confused about how he feels about Rupert romantically but when he's not busy ignoring that and living in a state of denial, he considers Rupert to be one of his best friends who he enjoys playing video games with. Although Matthew still gets pretty pissed off at him easily.
