Ceon (Shapeshifter)

Ceon are a species in my story. They are a kind of shapeshifter. There are different kinds of them. However, most Ceon only have two forms (anthro and feral), but some of them can also take human form.

All Ceon have a kind of "stigma". That will reval what they are no matter which form they use. The stigma for each Ceon is different.

While Ceon can not talk in feral form, a few are able to use telepathy to communicate with others. Depending on the individual, the skill level varies. Some can only talk to other Ceon in their animal form, others can also reach out to humans. 

They tend to mature until the hit a particular age. Once they hit it, their body doesn't age anymore. Making it hard to almost impossible to guess their real age
