Home to the oldest creatures in all of Aura, the Dragons. As other cultures came into being across the Isles, the Dragonkin, offspring of the Dragons and these other beings, came to be. It is an old and sacred land, best treated with respect and caution for local customs.
The birthplace of humankind. In comparison to the other Isles, Icarus is fairly new to the international sphere. Their rapid development has led to a boom in steam powered technology and a vast melting pot of races. On the north-eastern tip of the Isle stands the Tower of Magi, where humans have long sent their magically inclined to study and live. It too draws many visitors, as do the busy cities and thoroughfares of the main Isle.
The magical and secretive homeland of the Elves. Only a small portion of the Isle is open for casual travel, with deeper ventures requiring a slew of permits and visas. Elves are as hospitable as they are private, making this Isle one cloaked in mystery. Unfortunately for the hermit-like Elves, this tends to draw adventurers in droves.
There's no better word to describe this Isle than wild. Homeland to the Beastkin, the Isle is a hodgepodge of cultures, societies, climates and environments. Beastkin tend to differ culturally from kind to kind, leading to a plethora of lifestyles all somehow coexisting ( or not, as the case sometimes is ) on one Isle.
