SONAS : This folder contains all of NoireNambu's various sonas.
Each of my sonas are a representation of myself, in one form or another. For the sake of perspicuity, I have organized them into primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary subcategories. My sonas become increasingly more-abstract from my person the further down they are placed in the overall hierarchy.
Although I was initially tentative about the creation of multiple sonas, after going to therapy though, I've changed my mind: As it turns out, it has been incredibly therapeutic to dissect various elements of my person apart, and label them with their own names & distinctive designs.
Some of these sonas are entirely for fun [namely those found in folders 03 & 04], while others are also deeply personal. But regardless of where they fall, each one is precious to me.
PLEASE NOTE : All characters found within this folder will absolutely NEVER be up for sale or trade, unless I have moved them into a trade/sell folder. They are forever homed. So please, don't ask.
PRIMARIES : My primary sonas, Noire & Nambu! Both are intended to be literal representations of myself.
Noire is a literal avatar for the artist behind the screen; He's intended serve as an actual depiction, whenever I insert myself into an illustrated work. For that reason, he isn't used all that frequently.
Nambu is my main boy! He is very personal and dear to me. He is what the kids these days are calling a "true sona" - He is meant to be an anthropomorphized version of myself as I actually I am, hipster hair-do, chonky bara bod, perpetual eyebags, and all!
TERTIARIES : My tertiary sonas are largely just for fun. They contain an element of self - and I am still very attached to them - but they are not as deeply personal as my Primaries or Secondaries.
Typically speaking, they are Comfort or Vent characters.
FANDOM SONAS : My fansonas are entirely for fun. They are intended to be avatars of myself, set into fandoms that I am passionate about.
One could very aptly describe these guys as "self-inserts."
