I finally moved all my OCs from my DeviantArt stash to Toyhouse.

When I started buying adoptables, I kept all of them in my DA stash and kept their pictures on my computer, even after I got a Toyhouse account (unless they were my main OCs).

But a few weeks ago, after being reminded of and finding an old custom OC I got from someone a few years ago, I got motivation to actually start using my Toyhouse again and move the OCs I've adopted 8–10 years ago on DeviantArt to Toyhouse.

Unfortunately, many of the posts were deleted or unlisted since I purchased them and for some reason, I didn't put who I bought them from. So over the past two weeks, after assigning the designers from adoptable listings that were still up, I scoured my points transaction history, the posts of the users I bought stuff from, and the Internet Archive's copies of those users' posts to figure out who I bought from who. Sometimes I got lucky and the points transaction message directly said what I bought from them, others had no message or a generic "for the adoptable" message. Many of my OC's designers were just guessed based on the points transaction history and the date of the file on my PC or in my Stash. Some of them were traded OCs and either the designer was not credited by the person who gave them to me or I just never put that down. Many of these adoptables were by accounts that have deactivated or wiped their gallery, which was frustrating. Google's reverse image search did not help at all, but Tineye was, for once, decently helpful at many points when finding bases or even finding the original designer, like in the case of Ricky.

I managed to contact one person who I figured might've made one of the OCs (Harris) because they sold a mystery gatcha to the person who gave him to me, but they said they didn't recognize the design. I kept their credit because I don't know who else it could be.

I tried my best to find the original designer and bases of all my OCs, but it's hard to find everyone. I know some people just credit the designer or base maker as "Unknown" but I was worried my account would be banned if I did that.

Also, if anyone has suggestions on how I can best organize my OCs, let me know! I'm trying to sort them in a way that makes sense to me but I also want it to make sense for other people.
