I never should've given you up. Now you look at me as though I'm a stranger or a threat, it breaks my heart. Moreover knowing one day the truth will come out, I'm sorry I failed you.
I don't know Kaz very well. They look at me as if they recognize me from somewhere, it makes me a bit uncomfortable. I've done a lot of unforgivable things I wish not to meet those I've wronged.
Miko thinks Eli is awesome! She is in awe of her appearance and fighting style, in her words she thinks she's "rad." She's desperate to earn Eli's praise and affection, and basks in any attention given by her. She won't admit it out loud, but she views Eli as the mother figure she always wanted.
Eli loves Miko's humour and extroverted nature. She finds her particularly interesting to converse with and sees herself a lot in the younger dragon. She's aware Miko has a lower self esteem than she leads on and so makes sure she showers her in affection when opportunity arises.
Once loves Miko as his younger sister, however he finds her to be very childish and immature, often leading the two to engage in arguments frequently. He admires her loyalty, particularly to Parker and upon learning of her past comes to respect her growth and her as individual. He knows she's got his back.
Miko loves Once as her older brother, however the two often clash heads and have vastly different opinions on courses of actions. Miko hates his strict demeanour and doesn't like being treated as though she was child, but the two when teamed together make a great duo. Miko knows Once has her back, she just wishes he would lighten up!
Miko was once friends with Verity during their time at the Orphanage, and was ecstatic at the idea of her escaping with her and her friends, however when she refused to accept Eli as an ally, Miko was forced to turn her back on Verity. She blatantly tries to annoy her in battle as a means of a distraction for the others but isn't as physically strong, she has received several injuries from Verity.
Verity knew Miko during her time at the orphanage, the two weren't particularly close but friendly enough to have civil interactions. This changed when Miko allied herself with Once and the others, and she is now a hated rival. She finds her annoying and she acts impulsively, contrasting Verity's more calculated style.
Verity has no connection with Once other than being enemies. He defends the very dragon she wishes to destroy and therefore is a main target. She admires his strategic fighting style as it is similar to hers, and the two are often locked in combat. He has given her a particularly nasty scar on her underbelly during one of their encounters.
Parker finds Eli very intimidating, but he puts on a brave face and attempts conversation when the situation requires it. He knows she's a good dragon and loves his siblings very much, and that's enough for him to be at peace with her presence.
Eli feels an extreme amount of guilt towards Parker, being so young in a system built to destroy his hope, yet he continues to be positive. She does whatever she can to make him happy, but his innocence reminds her of own failures. He reminds her of her son.
Parker has never interacted with Verity formally, the only close encounter he has had with her was during his time in the Orphanage. He's particularly sad that she broke connection with Dolion and believes she still has a good heart.
Verity refuses to harm Parker due to his young age and innocence, and will deliberately distract others during fights to ensure he remains untouched. The two may have never formally interacted, but she wants to see him survive.
Once loves Parker as a younger brother, despite having issues communicating it, perhaps as a result of their large age gap. He's made it his goal to protect his makeshift family and would sacrifice himself if it meant the "kid's" safety. If he is aware Parker was present when arguing with Miko, he makes an effort to leave him a brand new toy to cheer him up.
Once is Parker's older brother. He sometimes struggle to communicate with him and hates being caught between his arguments with Miko, but he knows his brother would do anything for him. He knows Once has a soft side, he's shown it several times when he let's Parker cuddle into his side during storms, he just doesn't show it too often.
Miko loves Parker as a younger brother. After defending him against a soldier in the Orphanage she made it her personal goal to protect him and set him down a good path, which she had failed to do for herself at that age. She's discovered he particularly likes nature and frequently takes him to hidden locations to study its flora and fauna. She is even kind enough to let him borrow her accessories.
Parker loves Miko as his older sister. He first met her in the orphanage after she defended him against a soldier. Despite being very shy, he is confident and comfortable in her presence. He doesn't fully understand the situation being so young, but he would do anything to help her.
Eli wasn't able to have much interaction with Verity before she became one of the story's villains however, she wishes she could've changed her mindset and save her from a tainted reality.
Verity heavily despises Eli under the belief that all the torment she endured was Eligor's doing. As a result, she joins Eli's old cult after leaving her ally, Dolion and the rest of the gang, becoming their main rival.
Grrr...
Verity would tell you she hates Dolion, but that is far from the truth. She loves him like a brother but the weight of his "betrayal" turns her bitter and violent. She would tell you she wants to see him fall, destroyed under her talons, but she is lying to herself. She finds Dolion to be a formidable opponent and the two are evenly matched in combat, however she prefers to fight with strategy as opposed to brute force.
Eli loves Dolion as though he was her own son, who had passed a few weeks prior to meeting him. She feels a vast amount of guilt over his suffering in the orphanage, despite being unaware of it's true nature. She now is determined to protect him and teach him everything she knows.
Almond is a very close friend of mine, hes very loving & caring & I love him a lot.
