Bucket, or BIGPETE on TH. Bidded on one of their adopts and it was closed to me to then pay for, Bucket reopened it to the person I was bidding with.  Utopian on Discord. Makes me uncomfortable with what they do, and how they respond to people on discord.

Blacklist ~ For people who I don’t want to deal with at all and any sort of business. Lemme know if any of these are misunderstandings. Idm talking them out. Some of them aren’t misunderstandings.

Chai/Chai_Moon on TH. I bought a design from them for $10. They promised they’d deliver a headshot if I bought them for that amount. I asked about it days later and they’d say they’ll deliver that day. And they never did. I see them make a lot of art offers everywhere else yet I’ve never seen even a WIP. In my opinion, they’re bluffing. ADDON; PEOPLE JUST FOUND OUT THEY SEND 18+ STUFF TO MINORS, THIS DESIGNER DESERVES A BLACKLIST.SHE COPIES DESIGNS!

crucifiedpup on toyhouse - Did and art trade with them and stuff had come up. Never contacted me again and I never gotten their part.

GhxstFaze on instagram - Never came up to them for a commission they did when I asked for artists. This started early March. I paid and waited, I also asked to be on their waitlist and idk how long their waitlist is but literally they said they’d add me and didn’t. It’s been like over 2 weeks since then. After waiting to be on the waitlist and not even getting a single sketch or update I asked for a refund. It’s been a month since then. They said they updated the TOS so I couldn’t get a refund. Okay fair ig, but reading over the new TOS it said I was allowed to ask for a refund if I didn’t get a sketch or anything at all. I didn’t get a lick of a sketch or anything from them.They just chose not to refund me. I asked if I could at least get a diff sketch of an oc and they said yes. Then they gave me their discord server so I can see updates from art. joined that on April 22nd it is now May 9th and still no sketch or seeing myself on the queue. That’s when I decided to block them. Their TOS says that they may work on other stuff than art comms but it’s probably not may it’s literally will the amount of times I’ve seen them work on adopts from what I’ve seen. Basically it’s taking 2 months to even see a sketch and I’m done with artists who waste my time, take money. This person’s communication is just bad overall.

❤️Designs cannot go off site unless it's another character storage site

❤️Don’t resell for higher than what the design was bought for unless art is added 

❤️Virtual currency cannot be converted to real currency. So don’t sell a design from VC to RC.(🎮>🚫💸) 

❤️Free designs cannot be resold unless art is added

 ❤️Designs cannot turn into a species 

❤️Don’t delete characters off Toyhouse You’ll be blacklisted
