Hello! I just realized I've never posted my TOS, so I'd like to do that here. I know I have some form of TOS up on amino where I used to sell adopts back in 2021, but it's outdated and no longer appropriate. So while I no longer sell adopts like I used to, I want to leave a point of reference here for people who still have my designs and my account through TH!
FOR ADOPTS:
1. You may make slight alterations to the design, but please do not just entirely redesign them. At that point, you're more than welcome to just see my oc and make your own design inspired by the same concepts, but don't purchase something from me only to make it something it's not. My art is always welcome to be used as a point of reference or for inspiration, but don't buy it if you won't use it! Small changes like haircut, clothes, etc. are more than okay.
2. You may not sell it for higher than it was bought, or for a different currency than the one you bought it with, unless there is added art that you either bought or made yourself. Please price fairly when reselling, and notify me of the new owner. You can screenshot this point as proof that I am okay with reselling; no need to dm me to ask for case-by-case permission!
3. Do not use my art designs to perpetuate problematic behavior or beliefs. Please don't have my designs being hateful or doing seriously illegal things unless it's a serious plot point in their backstory that they learn from as they grow.
FOR COMMISSIONS:
1. I accept payment either up front or after the sketch. Never after.
2. I DO NOT use Paypal. You can pay me through Venmo, Cashapp, or Kofi.
3. Like with my designs, do not use my art to push any problematic beliefs. Do not change my artwork to show something hateful or illegal (Don't change my artwork at all please).

Hello everyone! I'd like to post this to give an update to the current state of my art and ocs!
First, I have a third account now, for selling characters that I finally have full permission to sell and have little to no attachment to! Now, more importantly, I wanted to share information on my open commissions. You can dm me here to discuss what you'd like, and I take Paypal, Ca$happ, and Venmo. My commissions take around a week or less.
Bust: $10-30
Half body: $20-50
Full body: $30-60
GIF animation: $30+
I can also rig vtuber models! The prices on that are much higher but still honestly the lowest I've seen on the market, so feel free to dm me if you want some rigging done for relatively low prices (~$125-500).

I know I don't post art, mine or commissioned, of my characters here very often and I just kinda wanted to talk about it.
It might look a bit like I don't care at all about my characters, like I just impulse buy them (which I admittedly do very frequently) and then let them rot away in my toyhou.se. This may be the case for some characters, but all that I don't have the time to care for are added to my ufo/t folder. Everyone in my nfo/t folders has helped me through some dark times, and I do genuinely enjoy keeping them in my th and looking after them. I feel safe and love all of my characters, original and adopted, to death, and would never let anything bad happen to them.
So in summary, I just really love my characters and can promise that they have a loving home with me regardless of how much art I make/commission of them. Thank you for your time :D
