So, a few of you def already know lol but, I was diagnosed with severe scapular dyskinesis last April and a straightened neck in November. Recently, I've been diagnosed with bone spurs forming on my neck, narrowing of the canals in C3-4 & C4-5, and arthritis in my neck. Still no word on thoracic outlet syndrome. But, holy shit, is it hard to actually lift my arm and function when my neck/arm constantly spikes in severe pain.

The plan is to do weekly steroid shots in my neck/shoulder/back if I don't have thoracic outlet syndrome. If I have thoracic outlet syndrome, there's a possibility for surgery. I mean, there alway is a chance for it if nothing works and if my bone spurs get worse, haha.

But, yeah. I can barely lift my arm up 30 degree, I've lost so much muscle on my right side of my back, and my neck hurts so so much. Wooo.

Thought I'd just give up an update on my health, have Rocky currently sleeping (he snores) lol

I'm going to be redo-ing my folder theming and moving around sub-folders and such soon! I like my alcohol theme, but I'm 3 months sober from alcohol, so it feels more thematic to move on from it. I'll likely be sticking with the chemistry theme, like the CCL4 folder. I already have a few more molecules in mind for folder names lol

I'm also going to re-organize some ocs and fix up the text for folders. So, just keep an eye out :]

Howdy! It's been awhile since I did anything even sorta important lol

Currently, I have started physical therapy for my right trapezius, and my right rotator cuff. My physician has concerns my rotator cuff being damaged, and hopes my next 5 weeks of therapy will strengthen my shoulder back up. If not, I'm looking at being referred for an MRI, woooo.

But, thought I'd let y'all know that I finally started pt and am very much looking forward to being able to do things again,,,,never realized how much stuff I lift or use that puts strain on my shoulder, wild how much I can't do really without it hurting now.
