awee thank you sooo much! I love to add the smallest details in my art only I can see with the original resolution xD I check my values from time to time while shading to see if I need to make some areas darker or lighter.
Did you know you can fast check your values with a black layer on top of all set to layer mode: COLOR

Well for the start i would recomment learning about collums and flex on W3schools. (Because with that one can already do alot)
They usually have very good explainations for HTML parts.
Also essential are classes and styles aka
Like if you want an image at a certain height its
<Img src="imagelink" style=" height: 50px;">
And classes
Like if you write a text and want it to wrap around the image.
You just add class="float-left" into the image code
