New tos that applies to all of my currently unsold adopts. The old ToS is archived in my library.
ToS
- Refunds are at my digression
- You get full rights to the design of the character you buy, but the art can't be used commercially without my permission (it can be reposted with credit though).
- Credit me for the design and the species
- Don't resell my designs for more than what you paid unless additional content has been added.
- I will keep the files for a minimum of 1 month, so be sure to save them.
Toyhouse specific ToS
- If you feel the need to hide the design, give me authorization to see it.
- Do not delete the design off of toyhouse. If you wish to close your account you can send the design back to me and I'll put it in my sold design archive with you still listed as the owner.
- Don't cover my art in watermarks, the ones I put on it are enough.
Breaking these terms can get you temporarily or permanently blacklisted from future adopts and commissions

I'm in the mood for getting some new ocs, and I feel like doing some more art for oc trades. I'll be offering colored sketches. Just show me the oc(s) you want drawn and the oc(s) you're offering, and I'll let you know if I'm interested. Headshots, waist up, full body, and refs are all options, let me know what you're looking for when you ask for a trade. I can draw feral, humanoid, and anthro ocs with little difficulty. I won't outright reject a centaur or mech oc, but I would be hesitant to draw one.
I'm mostly looking for premade designs, but I will consider customs.
I only accept characters that can be used for commercial purposes. I'll accept closed/open species as long as they can be used for commercial purposes by voiding the design, changing the species, or if the species just allows for it.

I prefer fantasy/rpg adopts, monsters, and cyberpunk/sci-fi/modern fantasy designs (think Arknights and Alchemy Stars). Also if you happen to have one of the poncho and undies adopts that Piecuddlie (DeviantArt) made several years ago let me know I've been wanting one of those for years.

I’m opening up customs again.
A custom with lineless art is 45 USD, and a custom with colored sketch art is 30 USD. If you want a custom based on a preexisting design that you own (ex: a character without a full body design, a character that's the sibling of an oc you own, a fusion of 2 characters) that custom will be 25 USD for colored sketch art and 40 USD for lineless art.
I have 2 slots open at the moment.
By default I'll make concept art based on whatever prompt you give me with a few variations. You pick and chose what you want. Then I'll do more concept art based on that until the design is finished. This process can take a few weeks. I reserve the right to reuse scrapped concept sketches for other character designs, but I can't make anything unreasonably similar to your custom. For example, I could make a zombified synth based on the color palette C from step 1 with the body of B from step 3, but I can't make another synth with the color palette A from step 1, the body of E from step 3 and wearing a black hoodie with black shorts.
If requested I can just make a full sketch for a design with multiple options for colors and finish it based on the colors you want.
When it comes to a prompt for the custom a written description with a moodboard or color palette will work great. The written description doesn't have to be long or fancy. I can work just fine with something as simple as a old male wolf assassin.

A finished custom will come with the following: 1 full body drawing (potentially more depending on the outfit they have), 1 icon, 1 set of left and right head views (potentially more based on hairstyle and headwear), and 2 chibi full body front and back view (potentially more based on the outfit your custom has and it's anatomy).
