His mentor. Renzen has a lot of admiration and respect towards him. Everything Renzen knows (From knowledge of the human world to some magic spells and abilities) is thanks to Melion.

Renzen doesn't know about the existence of Lawrie, as his conception was the result of a one-night stand with a random human woman.

Devigo’s little half-brother. Neither of them have realized they’re biological brothers yet but they felt a connection with each other because of their status as runaways. Devigo tends to be overprotective of Lawrie and helps him in sticky situations from time to time.

Harold started as another of Renzen's playthings. Harold's personality and insistence of becoming closer lead him to slowly develop feelings for him, to the point of having urges to protect him and being close to him as much as he can.
Owen met Onyx after Gwen forced him to meet "this odd pair of twins" at the beach, then bonded over their polar opposite situations about their own twins. This lead Owen to develop a crush on Onyx... the first on his life.
Owen is the only person so far that makes her flustered and speechless far more than normal. An odd school girl crush, but she tries very hard to brush it off and stay good friends with him..how long will that last?
In the beginning, Braxas was just one of many challengers for the Commander position. Renzen usually kills all of his challengers without any problems, but spared Braxas because he saw potential in her, then trained her to become his Second-in-Command.
Renzen turned Braxas into what she is today. She's extremely loyal to her Commander and will obey his orders without questioning anything (For the most part).
Milo’s twin sister. Devigo’s demon presence and his sudden approach to her twin brother has earned him Onyx's untrust and always vigilant eye. This makes Devigo feel hunted, although he's trying to be on good terms with her for Milo's sake.
He’s a low-class demon-one who’s fond of Milo too, and it makes her very suspicious and her inner demons hungry for another member of their group…. But Milo encouraged her to give em some room–at least she can glare.
Kimm is very protective of his two little siblings, specially his little sister. Despite that, he admires her determination to become better at ink battles and helps her sneak into turf wars despite her not being allowed to go on ink battles because of her eye injury.
Lori admires her older brother, as he seems like more of a father figure than their own dad, but still being a friend and confidant like a brother should. It's thanks to Kimm that Lori still battles on turf wars, as she's not supposed to go because of her missing eye.
Kimm met Hachi at Inkopolis Square while the Octoling was trying to get food from Crusty Sean, only to realize he didn't accept cash. Kimm noticed him and offered some spare tickets so he could grab a bite. Ever since that day, they've got to know each other more deeply and ended up developing a close friendship... or maybe something closer than that.
As one of the first Octolings that dared to step into Inkopolis, he would only get weird looks by the other Inklings. Kimm was an exception, as he approached him at a moment of need (Getting food from Crusty Sean). The very first human he legitimately felt attracted to. Up until that point, Renzen would just use humans as playthings, but Aileen was the first one that managed to make Renzen feel something he never felt before: The human feeling of love.
That is, until they had their first child together. Knowing how violent newborn demons are, Renzen saw his newborn hybrid son as a threat to Aileen's safety and tried taking him away from her, but Aileen's mother instincts took over, got defensive about her son and demanded Renzen to go away and never return, which he heartbrokenly conceded in the end.
Renzen is the father of her only child. Latched onto him in a moment of weakness which lead into a relationship and later the conception of their son.

Devigo's father and the reason behind his demon heritage. Devigo doesn't know who his own father is, as he left his mother shortly after his birth, but he wishes to meet him and demand answers.
The oldest of Renzen's children. He wanted to take him away from his mother, but Aileen quickly put a stop to that.
Gwen created Kevin as an NPC for a video game he and his twin brother are making. After that, he accidentally gave him life with his powers.
Kevin is forever indebted to Gwen for creating him and giving him life.
Devigo's mother. She's pretty much the only family he had. Devigo ungratefully ran away from her after finding out about all the secrets she's been hiding from him, including his demon heritage.
Aileen's only child. She hoped to raise him as a normal human being, but failed because of her son's demon instincts awakening unexpectedly.
Devigo casually found Milo while trying to steal from his shop. Ever since their meeting, Milo hasn't left Devigo alone. At first this would annoy Devigo, but with the time and a bunch of free snacks, he managed to grow fond of him. He affectionately refers to Milo as "Birdbrain" (Even though it started as an insult.)
Milo has a deep interest in Devigo and his situation because its similar to his homeless lifestyle in the past. He also cant shake off Devigo's mysterious personality-his curiousness eventually lead them to be much closer than they both thought...
Gwen and Owen are identical twins. Gwen being the loudest twin, he tries his best to divert some of the attention he gets to his silent and less noticeable twin.
Owen and Gwen are identical twins. Owen often gets mistaken by his twin brother, which upsets him greatly. Because of this, he tries to seek his own individuality, although it led to basically hiding behind his brother's shadow.
Ever since Ai became the Empress of the Namia empire after her parent's passing, she has felt nothing but disdain for her older sister, as she believes she's not suited for such an important position.
Ai feels nothing but love for her little sister. She affectionately refers to Unmei as "Mei Mei".
