From now, I will take off my ac limit rule and forbid trading my designs with Amino Coins. Breaking this rule will result in Temporary ban for 6 months. 

If any of my design you own is bought with AC, Please only trade them for characters/arts/etc. 

Don't converse the coin to real money or you will be permanently banned.

This is due to the ammount of coin hacking that has been sprouting so much recently and i do not want my adopts to be bought with stolen money.

(Edit, new TOS : Because of this, im gonna set a limit for AC conversion to 4k/1$. You can set it to lower like 2k ac/$ but if the ac conversion exceed the $ value, you're upselling)

Im adding this user to my blacklist due to violation to section III number 1, which is selling my adopts for a price higher than the original price (the price i first sold it) + prices from commissioned pieces + value of arts you made on your own if want to give it value. Its permanent. Im not unbanning kivu unless my reasoning to ban them is wrong. 

Do not transfer any of my designs to kivu or you will be blacklisted for 4 months.

Ownership list of the design that got upsolded. 

You can see that the original price was 50$ and the additional arts were from trades made by sunnysquid and her own art. I do not give owners rights to assign value to previous owner's art or traded art. I only let them assign value to their own art and im not okay with people assigning random values for my designs they got from trades. The design was upsolded to 1.000.000 AC (Amino Coins) . 20.000 ac per $ if divided by the original price. You cant convince me that isnt upselling. People there usually use 2k or 3k a $, maybe 5k or 10k at most. They even tried selling it for 100$.

1. I'm auctioning a slot for a pre-claim, not the adoptable itself. So basically you can pick whichever adoptable you want to claim if you win the slot!  The bid ends 24hours after the last bid or until March 5th. 

The adopt you've chosen will then be full colored and transferred to you in less than 48 hours after payment.

2. Please read my TOS before bidding!

3. Different than last preclaim auction, DO NOT say which adopt you will be choosing in the bidding chain! This is done so to avoid confusion and misunderstanding :) You can ask people which adopt theyre claiming BUT not in the bidding chain.

Since my weekly are often sudden, disorderly, and its personally stressful for me to work on sometimes, I'm trying out a Monthly Schedule! It'll definitely save me time from writing multiple bulletins, present a more fleshed out adopt distribution throughout the month, consistent bulletin schedule, and a far more relaxing time for me to prepare for a new bulletin. I hope this new format helps you as well to better plan your monetary savings. So no more Weekly!

My TOS

I also updated my TOS recently, to sum it up:

1. Added sections. TOS is now divided to 4 sections. Added blacklist, extended certain punishments.

2. Added someone to the blacklist, Valadin/Sunz(Valadin storage account). Until we have the issue fully resolved, please do not transfer any of my adoptables to them. Do not witch hunt them or send threats since you will look stupid. I have it under control. 

3. Added rules : you now have to inform when backing out on bids, backing out after winning will be punished, transferring adoptables to anyone on the blacklist will be punished, acts of defamation will be punished, Ghost-bidding will be punished, , and some personal boundaries that i would like for you to not do.

2. You must mention the number of the adoptable (Its the #number above their pics down below!) when bidding! (Ex: 45$ for #3).

3. You can't bid a price lower than the ab of your chosen adoptable! 

4. Holds are allowed, read section I and IV of my TOS before bidding, Section III before you pay and Section II before you do holds and please mention in the bid if you are planning to hold.

5. I only accept paypal, You have to state your toyhouse username in the payment note when you pay or let me know which paypal account were you in the comment or pm.

I've decided to have a hiatus for the entire February (probably)! which is why i suddenly posted this

I looked back at my past adoptables and I felt like my adopts has been increasingly?? its not the vibe and i dont like it. I feel like its less creative and randomly themed and im struggling more to find a concept I'd like to make and i put less effort. I want to make something i eventually like! So I decided to take some time off to enjoy things! Find games I'd like or play minecraft or get attached to some trending show.

Except i think asking for what styles or what type of adopt u like is a waste of time. Pretty is just a matter of oppinions and with enough knowledge anything can be pretty in a way. Lets just get to what u use adopts for. :)

I wish th would let people have more than 1 votes that'll be sick ik ppl has multiple preferences.
