A small hidden village in Mexico ruled by a King and Queen who all live hidden behind painted faces.

This village lacks modern entities such as the internet, electronic devices, etc. Though the founding settlers found a source of magic in the ground that granted them special abilities. They harvested the magic and fused it into their native flowers to use for future generations.
