	Terms of Service If you commission me you agree to these terms, including future editions. The product is purely digital. There is no physical shipment. I retain the right to post and display the artwork I make, and any part of its process, in places including social media, portfolios, examples of future commissions, or videos such as timelapses. These may have monetized ads enabled. You are free to request before ordering that a commission not be shared anywhere. I may also post work in progress images on my Patreon. As the commissioner, you will also get all WIP pics that I share on there (they won't get anything that you don't). You are always free to request that I don't share your commission on Patreon. You do not have any rights to the commissioned artwork unless it is paid for in full. This means that, unless paid for, you may not publicly reuse or redistribute the commissioned work in any way. Cancelling a completed payment means you forfeit all rights to the artwork. If you avoid/refuse payment/contact or withdraw payment, I may reuse non-copyrighted aspects for other means. I obviously won't attempt to resell owned material (such as character or species designs) but may reuse vague details, such as selling a generic forest scene as a YCH. Please inform me of any issues that may prevent you from paying and I will be happy to help, but if you simply try to steal the artwork then I will salvage what I can from the effort I spent on it. You are free to redistribute commissioned art in any non-profit way you please (ie posting it to your gallery), but please do not mention my name in NSFW content (do not cite me if the post is accompanied with NSFW content)

	Acceptable Content I retain the right to reject a commission for any reason. I will NOT draw: ANY fetishes (including super fat or muscly characters), smut/nsfw, suggestive themes, large cleavage/butts, birth, pregnancy, incest, pedophilia, bestiality, disemboweling or severe mutilation, scenes with cleavage or groins at the focus, or any of these in the form of innuendo, even if it's not explicit.

	Using Commissioned Art for Profit "For profit" refers to any type of monetary gain for yourself or your associates, including digital currency. You may redistribute or use art that you commissioned from me for profit only in the following scenarios: Coloring and selling designs made using lineart that was commissioned for such purpose Re-selling a character you commissioned from me, or selling a character that has art commissioned from me included Any other purpose that you have acquired permission for, and this permission is stated by me in the TOS of the paypal invoice used to pay for the commission

	Refunds You are only eligible for a refund BEFORE I move on from the concept-sketch stage (begin fleshing out full colors/details over the base sketch). Once a concept sketch is agreed on, and I start official work on the commission, it is non-refundable. I will refund the entire payment if possible but am not responsible if Paypal's tax is non-reversible. Refunding means forfeiting any and all rights to the commissioned work, even the amount already completed.
