The City

ADVER CITY is a strange city inhabited by even stranger dogs. It's always night here.

The dogs didn't build this city, and few of them ever leave it. You see, encircling the borders of this city is an ominous expanse of forest, from which no dog has ever returned.

Once in a while, the city experiences the unusual and calamitous event that the inhabitants call The Howling, but they don't like to talk about that.
