Before You Follow/Trade/Sell/Etc.

• If you believe you have any rights to an ip/design after selling it (other than being credited for the design and original art you made for it), you probably shouldn't be doing business with us. You can not "reclaim" an ip for any reason after the rights to it are sold, regardless of your ToS. That's not how that works legally.
• DAs/IRLs DNI. Y'all make us super uncomfortable. We will not enable or affirm you. Also DNI if you're otherkin/therian unless we know you in real life and are friends, or if we interact with you first. These rules are in place to keep us from spiraling, cuz literally every single DA we've met is toxic af (among a bunch of other stuff), and we have had many problems with otherkin/therians before that have harmed our mental health, and just want to avoid most all of them now.
• Our characters deal with some generally dark themes. We do not condone the actions of these characters in real life, but CW for drugs, alcohol, gore, nsfw, torture, murder/death, religious trauma, lgbt-phobia, etc. etc.
• We have the right to deny you authorization for any reason (usually if you have drama, bewares, are a scammer, etc.).

Rules

• YOU MAY offer on any of the characters tagged as "EO" (although unless the offer is really good, it'll probably be a "no").
• DO NOT copy, rip off, or take major inspiration from any designs on this account.
• DO NOT trace any of the art on our profile.
• DO NOT ask me to ping you when a character is ufs. I don't have anything against someone being interested in a character, i just can't mentally keep track of that stuff.
• DO NOT repost our characters anywhere and/or claim them as your own.
• DO NOT use any of our characters or art for ANYTHING.
• DO NOT draw any of our characters with your characters.
• DO NOT kin with or identity/face claim any of our characters, or make a "kinsona" based off them. You were not and never were our characters, and it's super uncomfortable for us to see/hear about since our characters are based off us directly in one way or another.
• DO NOT ask us to authorize you unless we are close friends (internet or irl) or are looking to keep up with a character you previously owned/created.
• DO NOT add any of our characters to "dreamie" lists. Our characters are more like extensions of ourselves than just designs, so it would feel very weird. If we add one of your characters to our "Gold" list and you are uncomfortable with that, let us know and we will remove it.
• DO NOT use anything on this profile (characters, images, stories, etc.) in any non-fungible tokens (NFTs), anything related to NFTs, or antrhing related to AI art.
• General DNI criteria apply (racist, zoo, ped0, lgbt-phobe, etc.).
• We're not mentally capable of maintaining a large friend group, so please don't randomly approach us asking to be friends unless we've interacted multiple times in the past. 

Notices

If you sell/trade us a character and you wish to keep up with it, LET US KNOW so we can see about adding you to an authorization list for that character. If you are not authorized, you will not be able to see the character (but we promise it's still here. Our characters are forever homed).

Our owned designs are mostly private to avoid theft (aside from sonas and project characters). They are only ever posted on this account and our private facebook.

Anyone found claiming, clearly ripping off, or using our characters will receive a DMCA take down notice as soon as they are found. If usage continues, we absolutely will take further action.

We are well-versed in copyright law, having researched it and consulted professionals about it for years. We know our rights, and we know what is legal and illegal in a ToS, agreement, or contract in terms of copyright and intellectual property.
