Working title: Hero and Now
Superheroes, vague and questionable government experiments, and old gods. Features a lot of characters that have been thru multiple revisions- is pretty much always a wip, and things often change majorly.
Hero and Now takes place at the same time as the Citizen Exchange Program, and as such its associated Number is 45.
Characters under this folder are CIVILIANS or ANOMALIES. Some characters will show up twice- once here, and once under their respective HERO or VILLAIN alignment.
Characters under this folder are HEROES or VIGILANTES.
Heroes are licensed power-users who are expected to uphold a certain code of conduct. Many of them work as heroes professionally, and do not have day jobs.
Vigilantes are power-users who are not licensed, and as such follow no rules but receive no payment from an umbrella corporation- though a lucrative vigilante may find sponsorships or merchandising profitable. Many vigilantes need civilian jobs.
Characters under this folder are VILLAINS or MINOR ANTAGONISTS
Villains follow no particular creed or parent organization by design, though some may form alliances or groups if they so desire. Villains differ from vigilantes in that they consistently act in a manner that endangers the public.
Minor antagonists may not have villain personas, but do not have civilian counterparts either. This generally includes nonhumans who are intentionally hostile towards those around them.
