The Ashen City
A very futuristic city guarded by heavily armed semi-organic, primarily artificial military. Shrouded in darkness and mystery, not much is known about their unethical practices within the boundary walls, one of the only things other regions are aware of being their strive for power and advancement-
-even at their own people's risk. A deadly disease has spread due to live-experimentation in the pursuit of more powerful super soldiers; but at what cost? They are seen sending scouts to retrieve radioactive material from Aberration's uninhabitable quadrant.
