Well I always start with the defining part, the quirk~ A quirk is a great place to start because if you can decide that, you can build your characters around that power because they had to grow up around it and develop based on it And whats great is a quirk could literally be ANYTHING! If you want to make an OC and need help, I totally wouldn't mind giving some tips and stuff! (I've had to help Misty Mountains and Kassthesassmaster in the past~)
