i know no one likes these but I'd rather have info here, I like my profile simple and small.

• My characters and art are all my intellectual property, do not use them for ANY reason without my permission, unless the art was made specifically for you or of a character that now belongs to you.  Gift/fanart of my characters are always appreciated though!
• Don't copy/take heavy inspiration from my art or designs or characters.  (no color-picking, copying their design, using their exact markings/tattoos/anything, etc.  if you even question if it's too close it probably is.  Feel free to contact me if you're afraid they're too close and we can discuss changes)
• Offers on my characters are okay but they're all on authorized only atm, if you know which characters I have go for it though.  Story characters aren't going anywhere though.  Harassment or guilt-tripping for not accepting your offer will not be tolerated.
• Do NOT use my personal characters in RPs, use them in any way, and do not "kin" with them.
• Do NOT use any of my personal art for icons, profile pictures, headers, or edit or repost them.  You can use my art in these ways ONLY if I made for you or of a character that now belongs to you ONLY if you credit me as the artist.

If any of my character's art or design is credited to the wrong person please let me know with who actually drew it and I'll fix it!  If there's any art NOT MADE BY ME that's not uploaded I probably don't know about it, please message it to me!

Don't try to befriend me just for free art/designs, whatever.  If you want to befriend me let it be because you actually want to be friends not because you want to use me, thank you.

A lot of my characters, especially those belonging to a story have sensitive content that may make some audiences uncomfortable such as murder, violence, gore, drug use, abuse, alcohol, smoking, NSFW, discrimination, etc.  I do tag sensitive art and put warnings on the characters to the best of my ability.  These characters should have their own warnings, if I forget to add one though I'm sorry.  I am in NO way attempting to glamorize or romanticize these topics, nor do I condone or justify these topics.  I don't share the opinions of all of my characters, they are just to tell a story.  Some of my characters are bad people, that doesn't mean I'm as bad as them, or agree with what they do.  It's just to tell a story.
