PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME, BUYING A DESIGN OR CUSTOM FROM ME.

By commissioning me for art or customs or buying a design made by me you agree to my Terms of Service.

*These terms are subject to change, all new and old rules must be followed

General T.o.S

-I reserve the right to refuse any commission or custom at any time, no reason required.

-I reserve the right to offer a refund if I cannot or am no longer willing to complete your commission in a reasonable time, no reason required.

-I do not offer refunds unless like stated above (usually I don't have the money to do so).

-Allow up to 30 days to finish your commission or custom, if that much time has passed and I have not completed it I will offer extra art with it or possibly (no guarantee) a refund.

-Do not edit art I made for you or of a character in your possession without permission from me, absolutely do not edit art I made for myself or for others.

-You may repost art I made for you on any website you like but you must always credit me as the artist.

-I take payment only in USD on Paypal (unless otherwise stated by me).  I may ask for your email to send an invoice or I may ask you send it to me, only in the form of USD, through "Goods and Services", with "no shipping address".

-If the art or custom is complete and you are unsatisfied we can discuss edits but I will NOT refund you if the art is done.

-If requested I will share WIPs throughout the drawing process and will edit it to your liking (some changes may require extra payment) before the art is complete.

-If I contact you throughout the transaction and you do not reply for 30 days, I will cancel it, I cannot guarantee I will be able to refund you with money.  We can discuss a refund in the form of art/customs instead of money.

-I reserve the right to resell, trade, gift, rehome any rejected or refunded customs or designs. 

-Copyright of all artworks will always belong to me.

-I will not draw NSFW for minors.

-If you chargeback or any other situation where you get the money back and I lose it, you will be blacklisted.

-I do not claim responsibility over lost mail if I ship you a commission.

-I will not work with descriptions of characters (only exception is custom designs)

-ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE MY PERSONAL ART OR MY CHARACTERS IN ANY WAY.  DO NOT CLAIM THEM AS YOURS, DO NOT USE THEIR ART, DO NOT MAKE COPIES OF THEM OR "HEAVILY INSPIRED" CHARACTERS BASED OFF THEM.

Design T.o.S

-All payment (whether it be money, art, trade, etc.) must be complete before you gain ownership of the character.

-I claim all rights to Intellectual Property, but I will not reuse or resell the design.

-You may edit the design all you wish, you can make it look completely different than how it does, but I must always be credited as the original designer.  You may credit yourself as a designer also if edits were made.

-Once you gain ownership of the character you may gift, trade, co-own or resell it for any price you wish, even if it is more than you paid for (people may not be as willing to pay your price if it is higher however)

-You can profit off of the character and use them commercially, but I must always be credited as the original designer.  I request you inform me if you are doing so.

-You can make similar designs (siblings, children, parents, etc.) of my design but they all must be all under the same ownership as the original (you trade one, you trade them all)

-You can do anything you want with the design, draw them, write about them, role-play as them, etc.

-Do not put rules on the design (ex. you can only trade them back to me) once they belong to someone else it is up for them to decide what to do with them.

-I do not claim responsibility in scamming situations.

-If you chargeback or any other situation where you get the money back and I lose it, the design will revert back to my ownership and you will be blacklisted.

-DO NOT GIFT, TRADE, CO-OWN, OR RESELL ANY OF MY DESIGNS TO ANY USERS ON MY BLACKLIST.

-Do not harass any user who bought a design by me, this will result in you being blacklisted.
