Cybernetic Cityscape

In a future where corporations have consumed governments and become the de-facto rulers of society, only the rich and powerful have access to sunlight, fresh air, and life-enhancing tech. They live on Earth's second crust, an artificial layer of of metal and concrete that separates them and the destitute masses living below.

Those living on the ground are shrouded in eternal darkness and drenched in a constant glow of neon. Constant advertisements bombard their minds and androids watch their every move. In spite of it all, they are resilient, carving out lives for themselves in whatever ways they can.
