devil's rise 🌃

Devil's Rise is a borough within Glory Falls, and is home to The Hellsgate. This is a common area for residents of Hell to move, coming up from the underground and settling Topside. Living here is a bit tougher than living in the main part of the city- just due to the proximity to somewhere that can be extremely dangerous if unknown.
