Devil's Rise is a borough within Glory Falls, and is home to The Hellsgate. This is a common area for residents of Hell to move, coming up from the underground and settling Topside. Living here is a bit tougher than living in the main part of the city- just due to the proximity to somewhere that can be extremely dangerous if unknown.

Just outside of Glory Falls, in the sister city of Merimere, is an old urgent care. The building is falling apart, obviously no longer active. The lights still work- patients still seem to come and go, but there is no medical treatment worth seeking within these walls.

The gods of this world, even if they weren't able to care for it as they should have.
