Characters:
-Do not sell my characters for more than what you paid (especially do not sell any character given to you for free) without art.
-Getting inspiration from my characters, and even color-picking (to an extent) is okay to me! But do not heavily copy a design to the point where only a few markings are changed or even copy/steal them completely.
-It is very important that you message me before trading/selling/getting rid of one of my designs! I may want to have the design back, or the person you're trading/selling/gifting it to may be on my blacklist, and I simply just would like to know where my designs are!
-Do NOT place a TOS over my TOS! This includes getting first dibs on any of my designs after you have traded them. I may put a TOS on a character for you, but if I do not, do not add one.
-You MUST allow me to see their toyhou.se.
-I have the right to revoke a character or design from you with a reason.
Art:
-Do not sell my art for more than what you got it for. If you bought the art, you may sell it for that worth, if it was free then it cannot add any worth to your character.
-You are only allowed to use my art with permission.
-I have the right to request you to remove my art from a character for any reason.
-If the character you are trading away has any of my art inform me of who is first, as I may not want the art to go with the character once they are traded.
By owning my designs or art, you are agreeing to my TOS.
