My mlp custom commissions range from £35-60 all depending on complexity and level of detail! My prices for a shaded fullbody with no background is: £27, with a simple background and effects: £30.50, and £55 for a complex drawn background !! For headshots however jt starts with: Shaded headshot- £20, then Shaded + simple background: £25 and £43 for a complex background

Almost around two weeks ago, I received messages from two people claiming they had received chargebacks from them (for context, the person was a voucher for me so basically they sent money to people of my choosing). They claimed they were going to call their bank and PayPal, and when I asked them if they could send the characters back that they "purchased" from me, they proceeded to ghost me. Due to this, I have opened up my own PayPal account and had to pay back the two other people they screwed over which cost me $80 total ($45+$35). I only ask because they claimed that multiple other people claimed they had also received a chargeback, but at this point I'm not sure if they were lying or not.
I've submitted all my proof to toyhouse and am awaiting a response still. If you'd like to view our conversations, I've compiled them into a profile and I've authorized you if you choose to view it.

Ah this is unfortunate. Thanks for letting me know. I've reported them to toyhouse so hopefully something comes of it.

How did you contact them by? I messaged them directly (not on toyhouse but on an app where I met first met them) and they have stopped messaging me back when I asked for the characters they purchased from me to be returned back to me.
They'd commissioned me through Discord !^^ I think you should be able to find them on platforms like Deviantart and Instagram to though!!
