i want to let people tell me more specifically than a poll with a few options will encourage.. so! please tell me! what kind of adopts/adopt traits do you want to see? your answer can be anything.. species, colour palette, clothing, themeing.. anything! please, please answer. i'm desperate to learn how to appeal to people. there is something in it for you: if i use your ideas for a significant chunk of a design, i'll give you a $5-$10 discount on it (depending on the price of the design)

ive had no offers on these adopts for months (except the newer one which as also gotten none, just for a week or so) and im really in need of money rn. i had no income for 5 weeks and once i got paid again, it was very little and all gone pretty much within one day. so im trying hard to sell adopts to no avial, which tbh, is pretty soulcrushing ^^ as is my complete lack of appeal to anyone on twitter

1.) Which of your characters represent you the most?
i make my sonas very very like me, so definitely one of them.. cino is close but just barely beaten out by illuso! i choose him because unlike all my other fursonas i've ever made, i didn't make his chest/arms way more masculine or make him taller out of dysphoria.. he really just has my body! also i'm admittedly incredibly mischievous in person. you won't get one serious word out of me.

2.) Which of your characters represent you the least?
probably this akugyo yokai my boyfriend made me, since it's literally a giant shipwrecking animal with the intelligence of a sea otter.
 
3.) What is your favorite design you made?
i dont really find any of my designs very impressive lol, kind of a weakpoint for me so this was kind of hard.. maybe this noperra bo because i'm still really proud of the way the ribcage on her sleeve lines up with the one on the body, and the art in general of her yukata. her or this noir film cat, because he ended up looking exactly how i imagined he would. like the effect comes across perfectly!
 
4.) What is your favorite design you own?
maybe illuso, because his design is actually a collaborative effort between my partner and i! i never would've been able to pick out the colours tane did, he just wouldn't be what he is today at all..
 
5.) What is your biggest yet-to-obtain dreamy?
this is creepy

6.) What is your most prized achieved dreamie?
i rarely obtain other people's designs at all, and don't really do the whole 'dreamies' concept, but i'm really glad that i have shinri. i'm keeping her safe.
 
7.) What is your oldest character?
that's embarrassing, i'm so not linking that.

8.) What is your newest character? 
my animal crossing sona emeleo!

9.) Favorite feral character you own?
the only one i still like is my mlp oc bloodshot (i have a feral tanuki design i like but i havent worked with it at all yet, so i dont really consider it 'my' character yet)

10.) Favorite human(oid) character you own?
forever obsessed with hansuke. a close runner up is churro, he's one of my most well written characters..

11.) Favorite anthro character you own?
i don't have enough anthro ocs anymore, i totally need to make more D : ! at the moment, maybe steez or macchi.
 
12.) First original species character you obtained?
a dainty i'm embarassed about <3

14.) What character do you plan to shower with love next?
i don't have the time or motivation to draw much anymore, so i have a lot of characters i've been intending to show some attention but haven't got to yet : ( right now, it's especially hansuke, steez, and my new little pig pig.

15.) What character holds the most $$$ value?
i've never kept track of that at all, and i rarely spend money on art--i get most of it from ota payments and requests. maybe terio? back when i was younger i spent more money on art.. well damn even most of his art is stuff i did myself lol.

16.) What character has the most art?
i think terio ^^^ see above i'm getting tired of making links when i don't need to.

17.) What character has the most favorites?
hansuke, with a grand total of 38 (not counting the favourite i gave him so he'd be featured on my page)

18.) Any characters you co-own?

19.) If you had to give up all your ocs but one, which would you keep?
hansuke i think. he's the one who always resurges for me eventually.

20.) Any characters based off of show/book/movie/game?
hansuke was originally a dangan ronpa oc, that's why his name is so goofy and everything about him is so heavily themed. comodo's storyline is definitely inspired by ace attorney, i never had much interest in murder related plotlines before then, and parts of his design (his big boobs and his tongue) are reminiscent of the character furio tigre! he also has an alt palette based on stardew valley.

21.) Your smartest character?
kafka! he's both extremely educated and street smart.
 
22.) Your clumsiest character?
probably comodo. all of my sonas would be clumsy because they're all very much like me, so they'd have mild cerebral palsy like i do and thus be pretty clumsy. i've chosen comodo in specific though because the poor guy has that big fat tail and those big jostly wings and his big poky horns and his big clonky feet and his big smacky paws.. it must be really annoying to get around, especially in stores.

23.) Your evilest character?
none of my ocs are evil, but illuso is literally a spirit of pure mischief and a trifling little thief. he's probably my most selfish character, everything he does is for his own entertainment.
 
24.) Your sweetest character?
hansuke. he's a complete fucking doormat, literally incapable of being mean to anyone, and is constantly trying to please.

25.) Do you have a season/holiday themed character?
cool idea but no! i prefer to do festive art of my normal characters instead of making festive characters, so they never go out of style.

26.) A character you are currently wanting to rehome more than any?
any of my selling folder would be fucking amazing to be rid of lol, but i'd especially like to get rid of detective noir, the noperra bo, and marine mammal. i was super proud of those designs, so i'm really disappointed they didn't get any offers, to be honest...

27.) Which of your character's names do you like most?
illuso's full name 'MANALLUDO MEPHESTILLUSO' is my favourite by far. i love the rhythym of it, it's so fucking fun to say.. if you're curious, it's a combination of the words manifest, allude, mephistopheles, and illusion.

28.) Which character have you drawn most?
probably hermes or my old sona terio! i used to be soooo obsessed with hermes, he gave me a huge burst of motivation like i've never experienced before. i still really like him, i just can't draw like i used to.

29.) Any hybrid characters?
surprisingly, i have no true hybrid ocs, just ocs that're affectively hybrids. i say 'surprisingly' because a little known fact about me is that when i was first growing seriously as an artist/writer, i was completely obsessed with the concept of hybrids. it was like 80% of all my work.

my demon sona comodo has features of a baboon, bull, tiger, cat, and dragon. also my lovely alien churro is basically just a weird shaped man with weasel parts.

30.) Your most unique character?
i dont think of any of my ocs as unique 

UPDATE: one of my bestfriends gave me the money i needed for my necessities. while i'll still be shit out after buying those, i do have what i need. just wanted to tell you all for transparency, so you dont feel guilted over an emergency that's now taken care of.

so, even though ive been checking my bank account balance diligently, some charges didn't appear until later than i placed them, and long story short i'm left with $11 to my name right now, and i'm about to have to buy menstral products which will leave me with... about $2. i don't get paid for another week, so i'd like to remind you all of my many adopts available!

now that the christmas season is upon us, tane is really struggling to support himself through artwork again, as everyone is saving for gifts.. so, i made a new mutual aid post! it'd be really helpful if you could reblog this for us

also im sorry if it seems bad to you that he's in need of donations, and that ive made a post about it.. honestly the fact hes so sorry about it is why i made this post instead of him, im making the executive decision to do it because hes so sorry he'd refuse to himself, and certainly wouldnt want to ask me.

if you're wondering, tane's family is impoverished and heavily abusive to him. through artwork he can afford to eat just one good meal a day, but selling adopts and art is hard because everyone is saving for christmas. if he can't afford to buy himself anything, his parents only cook about once every other day, and it's often rotten food weeks beyond the best by date, because they can't afford to get groceries often and when they do, it's often close out specials already close to spoiling.

they've neglected to help him get an ID for years, and his father had forbidden him and his mother from working to keep them controlled and dependent on him. only now do they want to let him work so they can charge him rent, despite the fact they already keep all of his disability benefits for themselves. his mother still refuses to get a job and his dad barely works because he's busy getting high on opioid pain meds all day. tane wants to get a job but its currently dangerous for him to due to his immunocompromised status, and complete lack of support from his family. so, for now, this is his only option.
