A ruined world fueled by nothing but war, the Administration is a radical terrorist group that plan to overthrow the kingdom and erase all humans for their attrocities against Dreamers, also known as the Somnis. They've been stealing children and teenagers from their villages, forcing them into their academies in order to become child soldiers and fight against cursed humans called the Sleeping.

Griffin, a young Somnis nearing the day of his deployment, readies himself for action as he attempts to dismantle the Administration from the inside. He is recruits a human and a boy he once called his brother for the job. If they don't hurry, then all of humanity is doomed to be claimed by the Sleeping.
