Not Dead Yet! / NDY!: an indie band made up entirely of undead with glamours to make them appear human (courtesy of their manager, Mamoru, who is a witch.) The group consists of: Z, the lead vocalist, a ghost whos got no idea who he was in life;  Ace, the guitarist, a frankenstein-esque zombie with an even less pieced together identity; Adelita, the drummer, a vampire and victim of the same group Hunter is uh...hunting; and Iris, the bassist, a 200ish yr old dullahan.

Hunter + crew: Hunter, a vampire + monster hunter (who happens to be a werewolf) has come to NYC to investigate what's causing the recent paranormal disturbances. Ends up getting caught up in some scheme run by a organization made up of the old vampire families, after they make a victim of his roommate, Olivier. There's also Khalid, Olivier's friend who eventually ends up getting involved romantically with Hunter, and Ezra, Khalid's friend. And of course, Mamoru again, since they're Khalid's roommate, they sometimes end up helping the group out.

Mamoru's coven: Mamoru's coven do their best to protect people from the supernatural beings that would want to harm them, and protect supernatural beings from foolish humans.

The Old Order: An organization made up of powerful sorcerers as well as some of the world's oldest and most powerful vampire families.
