Tier 2

Those categorized as Tier 2, similarly to Tier 1, are considered the elite of Vic's agents - the main difference is that there are still secrets that Vic does not disclose to them. They are given just as much information to make sure they can safely and effectively complete their tasks and nothing more. Most of these agents are those that have proven themselves to be trustworthy and competant but are those that typically do not go out of their way to complete more than they were told to do.
