Subriden and Yuri's relationship comes from an unexpected place. After being captured and bought as a slave by Korrix Royalty, he was given to Price Yuri Kan as a gift after he had complained to his father about being lonely. The two hit it off in a strange way, but get along better with each other more than most. Subriden currently takes care of hard decisions for Yuri. Since he was royalty, his whole life was planned out for him, and since Subriden found himself weirdly attached, they formed a casual somewhat dom/sub agreement until Yuri is able to do things for himself.
Juxtapaus is his, and his species greatest enemy, and while he may have cut ties with them long ago he will always have a hatred in his heart for him and all the terror and trauma he has caused. He deeply detests Juxtapaus, and blames him for many of the things that have happened because of his time in the hands of the Viridian Talon as a child. Despite this he does not fear Juxtapaus and is eagerly awaiting the day he can kill him with his own two hands for the disappearance of his childhood friend.
Juxtapaus has no specific feelings towards Subriden, and only see's his race as the empire he destroyed. He is very prejudice and cruel towards his race and Subriden is no exception.
Entrophia first and foremost sees Dentagula as wasteful and extremely lazy. The two aren't quite hostile with eachother, but aren't quite friendly either. While Gula doesn't take Phia too seriously, he also doesn't mind all the leftovers and useless lucid she tends to feed to him. Phia has admitted Gulas usefulness as a trashcan in recent years, but still heavily dislikes his messy and unprofessional nature.
Dentegula thinks Entrophia needs to lighten up, which he thinks is a funny thought to have about a creature of nightmares. Representing gluttony, Gula just wants to collect things and grab stuff and not really contribute to the powers that be, even though he sort of is one of the powers that be. Despite this, Gula likes that Entrophia finds a use for his hoarding tendencies and klepto habits. It's always nice to be appreciated by your boss, even if it's begrudgingly given. All in all he supports Entrophia's plans to take over reality (more free stuff for him if it goes well, yay!) but if he can wiggle his round, globulous body out of actively contributing, he'll do it.
Subriden considers Sygnus to be almost insignificant. The fact that he hates him does not seem to bother Subriden, and potentially only spurs him on to harass him whenever they cross paths. He sees himself as above him - something common Subriden feels for many of his race - both intelligence and success wise, and isn’t quick to care about improving their relationship. He dislikes the fact that Sygnus seems deeply affected by the old ways of Alaid society, and thinks it’s better off being forgotten.
Sygnus has disliked Subriden from day one, mainly because of personality differences. However, he extremely resents Subriden's now unbridled independence and subsequent successes. Deeply affected by his prior lifestyle, despite being of the same species, Sygnus considers Subriden wasteful and unnecessary, and bluntly wishes he'd drop dead if Subriden is ever mentioned.
Entrophia and Xeluneth's cold and bitter hatred goes back many decades. The two often throw insults and threats at eachother, and everyone in the nightmare realm is aware of their hatred for eachother. Phia's distaste for Xelu stems from the dark unicorns incomprehensibly big ego and tendency to mock Phia for her multiple failures. Many years of these verbal wounds have not helped Phia's already damaged pride. Not to mention, Phia is very aware of Xeluneth and Sonaitus's plan to eventually overthrow Phia for her title as Queen.
Despite Entrophia's status as "Queen of Nightmares", there is only one other person she serves, though not willingly. While both are two ancient and dark forces of nature in the world, Slade greatly eclipses her in power. While of course this certainly infuriates Phia, she detests her more for turning her into what she is today. Slade plays an immense part in ruining Phia's life, and twisting her mind from something innocent to something horrible. To a human, their relationship may seem something similar to evil stepmother and daughter.
By the most unfortunate of circumstances, Entrophia has found herself in the awful situation of being Slade's current "play-thing". Out of all the nightmare lords, Slade took an immense fascination to Phia, and has played an integral role of shaping her to be who she is today. Slade takes a concerning amount of pride in this fact. Turning something so sweet into an instrument of destruction and hate, into something corrupt. That is what Slade is its satisfied by. To some, it would seem like Slade adores her, and in a way they would be right, albeit very twisted sense of adoration. Needless to say, Phia has never known pain so horrifying from anyone else other than Slade.
Subriden holds Entrophia in a position of high contempt and fear. He detests her deeply, as he considers her one of the reasons why his whole life was destroyed and had to be rebuilt anew. He suffers from intense anxiety, insomnia, and trust issues from what she’s done, and fears what she could do to him if they ever crossed paths again. There is a part of him that misses her, despite what she’s done, as he practically grew up with her throughout his childhood and teenage years. The fact that she knows so much about him terrifies him.
Entrophia hates and deeply misses Subriden simultaneously. She resents him out of her own petty reasons and refuses to believe what she did to him was wrong, and feels complete justified in her actions. Despite this, he is the one person she had ever felt a genuine connection with outside of her kin, and deep down there is a hole in her heart that he once filled. They are more similar than they would both like, and despite their hatred they understand eachother more than most.
