they upload the art of others as a deviantation, title them something along the lines of "comms open", delete those posts after a few days, and then repeat with a different artist. (proof: x x )

the comments left last time didn't seem to deter them, so i would advise reporting their posts and spreading the word. hopefully, their page either gets taken down or they get bored and stop,,
