Shop Rules and Information

- You can buy items by messaging Cultro directly! Please do not message this account, it doesn't get checked every day.
- After buying and item you can resell It (e.g. You buy a MYO-Slot but never get the time to use It so you decide to sell/trade It away), in that case you have to inform us so that we can update the list. Always keep proof of your purchase!
- Payment in USD via Paypal.
- When buying a MYO-Slot and creating a goonicorn you still need to send it to Cultro for approval and an official number.
- Items don't expire!

Creation and Owning Rules

1. You may not create your own EXCEPT
...Except with permission, a MYO slot, or under certain circumstances.
How can you get permission or possibility to make your own goonicorn?
Permission can be given by Cultro, or authorized persons, can be earned under certain circumstances, or is given automatically if you meet certain requirements, have received, won or purchased a MYO slot.
MYO slots will be sold by Cultro, mostly on FurAffinity, sometimes there also will be the chance to win one.

2. If you create a new goonicorn you must inform Cultro and show it to them for approval and so that it gets a number.

3. A goonicorn without number isn’t valid!
It may not be used for official merging or special events.

4. You may own as many Goonicorns as you want!
Whether you actively use it or not and for what doesn't matter, as soon as you own one and don't break any rules, you can keep it as long as you want.

5. If you give away, sell or trade your Goonicorn you have to inform Cultro about who will be the new owner, the masterlist will be updated accordingly.
A list is kept of every Goonicorn that is made and who owns it to keep track of traits, breeding cooldowns etc.

6. You can use your MYO-Slots etc. with other artists, unless stated otherwise, please tell us how to credit them for the masterlist.

7. You don’t have to use the official base but the official refsheet of your goonicorn needs a hand-drawn number from me or entitled staff!
It may not be deleted!

Species and General Rules

1. Don’t claim the species as your own.

2. Don’t use goonicorns to spread hateful messages, racism, sexism, etc. 

3. Don’t add non-canon traits by yourself.

4. Keep in mind Hybrids aren’t fertile and can’t be used for merging.

5. Follow creation and owning rules!

6. Keep in mind that your goonicorn can be taken away or can get declared as invalid, if you break the rules, whether or not you paid for them or that you may get excluded from further buying/adopting.

Of course, none of your Goonicorns will be taken away from you without, if you haven't done anything wrong we will usually try to find a better solution, but if you just make Goonicorns without permission, or your use them for illegal stuff etc. we might have to take them away from you.
