Deaconville, Avelia, Mortadecka, (Unnamed Universe TBD) and The Cliffs are all the same world, different locations 

Moonetowne takes place in the MLP Universe 

Kettuvos is it's own world 

Olvenhollow, Anthro City, Relativ, Yarth and Station 0827 are all the same world, different locations 

Pokeworld takes place in the pokemon universe 

Dm's Domain, The Rip, The Wilderness, and Xelithar all exist in The Outside, which is "The space between spaces"
