Counted among the most powerful independent economic instances of the current world, Kyrivell Solutions is a conglomerate with a hand in nearly every facet of business one could think of. It was founded and spearheaded by Earl Kyrivell, who shaped it into what it still is today. During his time at the helm, he also dabbled in more secretive ventures; hiring the acclaimed professor Dr. Ramona Alcyna to work on a personal project, which would later become known as the preliminary groundwork for the Apicem Project. The results of her research in creating living beings escaped from her however, when one of Earls children, Eros, suddenly forced a takeover of his fathers position- how is still unclear, though a mass exodus of all close associates or friends of Earl followed, Eros tearing out the conglomerates heart and replacing it with a new one of his own making; renewing not only Kyrivell solutions in his image, but also the research results of Dr. Alcyna, now properly named the Apicem Project, and placed in the hands of Dr. Ahaki.

Brought about by Cassandras mother in a phase of obsession with fantasy media, "The Dawnbreakers" is the glorified name of the associates and leader of the Newdawn Conglomerate; an economic empire only put to shame by that of Kyrivell Solutions. While previously, they maintained close relations to the rivaling family, the bond was severed and torched asunder when Eros took over his fathers place; seeing the newly appointed Head of Directors Cassandra as a threat, too much so to hold close. Of course, the Newdawn has continued its operations despite this break in allegiance; and yet, Cassandra has remained curious of Eros' paranoia, leading to The Dawnbreakers discovering the Apicem project; a discovery bringing a new supreme goal into sight. Stopping its fruition above all else, as she believes the power it promises is too much for any concious being to be trusted with.

Entered into the secretive 'Apicem' project founded and funded by Eros Kyrivell and spearheaded by its scientific lead, Dr. Han Ahaki, the Forsaken are the unfortunate souls elected to bear the burden of scientific process. All in favor of completing the very vision Ramona Alcyna once failed; creating a perfect, apex creature. Not fragmented into three as hers was, But a full, singular being. The goal is far from in sight, but with only one escapee so far, the other 9 gradually collected prisoners stand to bring the doctor to his aspirations... willingly or not.

An array of independents from the factions and alliances that dominate the majority of notable figures listed here. They may forge temporary bonds, and yet, in the end, are mostly untethered from it all; acting as individuals alone, they have been spared of the many enemies that come with being in a more infamous group; and yet, so are their connections and friendships brittle, and often transactional in nature. Still, each has found their own way to make it work, and to live with it... save for the one that could not, of course.

Those struck down by the fall of the Kyrivell corporate empire as it was known. With Eros' takeover, not only his father Earl found himself kicked out, displaced and forcefully retired; so did all of his closest friends and advisors. They have been forced into the shadows, avoiding Eros' paranoid surveillance, while slowly assembling the plan needed to not only retake their former status, but also overtake the Apicem project and place Ramona in a leading role, so she may finally fulfill her original goal, and cement the influence and power of herself and her friends for all eternity.

despite their status, these guys do funnily enough have fleshed out places in the story. small ones, but these goofs are in the same world as all the serious ones above! just to not make it... as terribly grim as I usually do.

Home to the cons I don't have a role for in the story quite yet. The guys are up for swaps during me coming up with something, but will become likely forever homed once they're moved into and other folder and given a lasting role.
