These characters are neither being actively rehomed nor part of a developed story. Some are part of roleplays, some are being redesigned, & some currently aren't being used at all. Just because they aren't part of a plot doesn't mean I don't love them, though! (In fact, I will shamelessly say that Rhys is one of my favorite OCs of all time, & he isn't in a story!)
