i use clip studio paint ex! i used to use clip studio paint pro but the program limits the user to 24 frames which functions with small GIFs but i needed further/unlimited frames.
i got clip studio paint pro when it was on sale for %50 which made it $20. and im paying $8 a month for the ex version instead of buying the one time payment one which is over $200 i believe. very budget friendly!
