Transfer of Ownership & Edits

Upon full payment, ownership rights of the design are fully transferred to you! Any personal modifications to the design post-purchase are welcome! ^^
Alterations to the original artwork created by us is permitted. If reposted anywhere with or without edits, credit to 'plushpon' for the original artwork/design is requested.

Original Artwork

We still retain rights to the artwork itself in terms of posting the artwork to our accounts
- unless we've made an agreement post-purchase to keep the artwork & design private.

Commercial Usage: Minor

The design is available for personal or minor commercial projects without additional fees.

Commercial Usage: Major

For extensive commercial uses, such as branding or product launches, we request that you consult with us in advance so we can discuss things!

Original Artwork in Commercial Usage

If there's an intention to use the original artwork for significant commercial uses, please let us know beforehand.

Holds and Payment Plans

Purchases over $100 can be held with a payment plan, we just ask that you mention or discuss with us first before attempting to purchase!

Payment plans aren't always offered, we usually mention per design post the specifics.
