neighbor dimensions

follow the IDCC, "interdimensional containment committee"(or sometimes lovingly called: crew), as they search through infinite dimensions and places, studying the creatures inhabiting them and trying to neutralize any potential threats to reality. (eg. reckless gods(cough todd cough))

throughout their studies they've seemed to notice that dimensions housing only one (permenant(cough equulues cough)(cough tod cough) inhabitant of human or greater intellegence is oddly most common.

they have not found one dimension that had always been empty. something about fractals...
