By commissioning me or buying my adopts, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me. If there are any questions or concerns, email me at [email protected]
✦ I. GENERAL TERMS ✦
- Once you adopt (buy) a character, it becomes your character. You may use it for roleplaying, cosplaying, commissioning art, etc.
- After I receive your payment, you will receive ownership with a high resolution artwork of the character design and a watermarked version to post online.
- You may make any changes to the design you see fit, such as colors, gender, clothing, body shape, or accessories.
- DO NOT RESELL this character for more than the price you bought it.
- Gifts/trades are accepted, but whoever gets this character MUST follow the TOS set forth here, and you must let me know who the next owner is.
- You may not duplicate or edit the art with intent to sell said art as your own.
- The design and art must be credited to me when used.
- I retain the rights to use the artwork in social media and portfolios (stated as a sold adoptable). If you need your commission to be private, please let me know!
- You cannot claim to be the creator of the original artwork.
- Public re-posts must have a watermark.
✧ II. COMMISSION TERMS ✧
- The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as: health, order of commission, complexity, work, family issues, etc. If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
- I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
- After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made, such as small colouring/marking mistakes.
- Any great changes will come with an extra charge, such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
- If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
- If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
✩ III. PAYMENT ✩
- All payment should be in USD. Via PayPal or Ko-Fi.
- Refunds are not accepted on adoptable purchases or commission purchases.
- I require full payment before starting a commission or selling a character.
- Once the invoice is paid, I will start your commission or send you a character.
✪ IV. PAYMENT PLANS ✪
- I accept any payment plans and holds. Let me know the date of your payments / holds right away.
✫ V. COMMERCIAL USE / PERSONAL USE ✫
- Sale of designs are PERSONAL unless you explicitly pay the COMMERCIAL fee.
- Without rights purchased, you are not allowed to use my art/design for profit in any way. (Example: using it as a mascot or face of a commercial project or logo, printing merchandise, or including the art in a book with intent to sell, UNLESS you bought a character WITH commercial use). All other cases are strictly PERSONALLY negotiated with me.
- I must be visibly and noticeably credited as the original designer any place that products with the design are available for purchase.
- PERSONAL rights encompasses all products made for personal use, and not for profit, including but not limited to: physical items such as charms and pins for personal collection, comics free to access and not licensed or published, and livestream assets for streams that are NOT monetized in any way.
- In each character sale by me, it is stated when you can unlock the commercial rights.
✬ VI. CANCELING / REFUNDING POLICY ✬
- If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
- You will be forbidden from commissioning me or buying my adopts and characters ever again.
- Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
- I have every right to file a complaint, and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission or buying my character.

Perhaps someone saw it or not, but a one good person created a Discord server for me, where I publish not only art (commissions), wips, but also useful resources!
Half an hour ago I posted a speedpaint of how I drew Mad Collie, so maybe it will be useful to someone! ^^
I also talked about how I draw line and how to add volume to your art in an easy way! This server is still under development, so a lot will change and be added!

Okay, as you can tell from the title, I'm just looking for an idea for my next character (adopt) to sell. Maybe you have some ideas (humanoids, furries, etc., in general, it doesn’t matter. You can even name a certain skin color, hair, or a couple of clothing styles)? In general, you understand, haha! You would help me a lot, because perhaps I draw what only I like and do not leave my comfort zone (of course, not everyone will like my art), but maybe you would like me to have some ideas made it a reality? Many thanks for the help! + please write your favorite movies! I want to while away some time to get back to normal! Thank you!! ^^
