General

• I will draw in my own anime-ish style. Recent examples are on my instagram.
• I will not draw official / copyrighted / licensed characters, outfits or fanart. Only your own original characters are eligible for commission. If you want me to draw other's OCs you have to provide me with a proof, you have their allowance.
• Clear, visual references of your character have to exist. I do not draw from a written description only. I am not responsible for mistakes that arise because of bad references (= no free revision).
• I may not have your time zone and I am not available 24/7. Do not stress or rush me. I don't work with deadlines, so you got to be patient.
• I have the right to decline your commission without stating a reason.
• I have the right to post your commission on my social media / art portfolio / as commission sample.

File delivery & Usage

• Depending on my RL work load and your order the turn around time will be around 1-8 weeks from the moment I'm starting your slot. Check the queue on my Trello.
• My commissions are for personal use only. This means, you cannot make profit from my art. This includes, but is not limited to: Products for sale like stickers or posters, embedding in books, apps or games, using for display in streams, public videos. If you're not sure about this, please ask me beforehand! If you want a commercial commission we can work something out individually.
• You can edit the art as you wish (cropping, animating, adding filters, go wild, ...), but clearly state your edit, if you post them (not needed for cropping only).
• My art may not be used for any political, religious or hateful purpose!
• You are not allowed to use my art as NFT. You are not allowed to feed my art into any kind of data training set / machine learning / AI tool!
• You will receive a digital item via gmail or stash link. No physical item will be shipped to you.
  You also get a small and watermarked version for posting online.
• I am not responsible for your data loss or damage after I delivered your file(s). Please save your commission accordingly. I might not save your file forever.

PAYMENT & Refund

• I accept payment via Paypal (USD & EUR) or ko-fi (EUR only). I will not start until full payment has been made. Please add your TH-username, so I can match your commission.
• You can back out of the commission before payment has been made. I await payment within 3 days. Otherwise I see your commission as cancelled.
• No refunds will be given after payment. Only if I am unable to complete your commission for 5 months after you paid. I can only refund the amount that is left after the fees of 3rd parties are taken.
• If you file a chargeback before 5 months have passed or even after I finished and delivered your commission, I'll post a PSA and will blacklist and block you!

Logo Commissions

• If you commission a logo design from me there are some differences from the TOS above: 
• Of course all character art related points do not apply. But anything else, of course, except:
• You can get the logo with a commercial license if you pay the according price stated on the current commission sheet. A commercial logo license includes: selling digital or physical items that include this logo design, e.g. stickers, books, wallpapers, ...). The bare use and display for a V-Tuber on stream or on their social media / homepage is already covered with the personal license!
