its all css for the username and icon frame + placement [everything that gets highlighted orange when you hover over my name] ; and then just basic html stuff for the blurb! the little bird ornament over my username is actually part of the blurb as well, i just used absolute positioning to move it further up on the page and stick it where i wanted :>
it took an afternoon of messing around with it to get it exactly how i wanted, but it was decently easy! i can show you the code for either if you'd like ^_^

Are your commissions open by chance? If so, I would be interested in a halfbody/bust of pearlsong (or anyone you would love to draw, really lol) but I couldn't find any information about TOS or TAT on your Carrd ^^
hii, they’re open tentatively!!! i don’t take commissions super often anymore just because i work full time / it can sometimes take me a lot longer to finish pieces up nowadays because of that, and i know that longer turnaround times are a turn-off on comms for some people lol
if that DOESNT bother you, though, i’d definitely be open to trying to work something out! [though it’d probably be a bit before i said yes to a comm.. i’ve been busy with humanoid art recently / haven’t drawn cats much lately and i’d wanna warm back up to it more before doing any kind of paid work for anyone just to make sure it turns out alright LOL]
I just wanted to comment... I absolutely love the way you write, I'm not overly peculiar with my preferred writing styles but there's only been a handful that I truly can come back to reread the same paragraph over and over and over again because it tickles my brain just the right way, and your delightful eloquence is like eye candy but for writing... no problem at all! everything i use is just f2u assets ive found on dA over the years, but a lot of them are actually sprite rips from games ^_^
i think most of them actually come from this specific page, forgandal, they have a bunch uploaded and its easy to find more pixels like them if you look in the “suggested collections” tab off to the side.
